How the club started and what we do

The club was formed in 1993 by a group of like minded divers. Minutes from an early AGM show that the fine system in place at the time would not be increased "but safe fun is what diving is all about". This is an ethos which is still very much in existence today.

With over 50 members aged between 14 and ermm.... healthy vintage, we are extremely active and there is usually somebody diving every weekend all year round. (As long as the weather isn't too bad!)We own 2 Humber Ribs and frequently take them to the Llyn Peninsula and Anglesey for a weekends diving throughout the summer

We meet every Thursday, 20:15 at Waterworld in Wrexham followed by decompression at the Railway Pub (near Remploy) giving plenty of opportunities to discuss the last weekend's diving and plan for the next.
