The start of my game programming career. Using the ticTacToe code from cppgameprogramming.com I modified the code and played around with the Allegro graphic methods. Requires the .dll supplied for the Allegro functions.

Please note the programme was compiled using the Windows XP operating system and will probably only work on Windows.
